Ow.. Ow... my ankle is aching like hell now.. cuz yesterday evening, juz after i posted the previous post, i went 2 the badminton court downstairs 2 play badminton.. and juz when my dad was at his 2nd game point(he had already won 1 game.. and at his 2nd game point i only scored 1 so tat means its 14-1.. lol) i run over and wanted to hit the shuttlecock.. i twisted my ankle.. lol... now its aching like hell.. but still able 2 walk.. cuz nvr put any bandage or wadever.. but have 2 limp abit.. -.-
